I needed a place to crash as I wasn't going to make the entire drive from Port Huron, Michigan to Chicago, Illinois in one night. Reservations at the last minute and was able to check in after 11PM. Got some rest and continued the journey the next morning. Included breakfast had the 150 second waffle maker and the usual fare. Only disappointment might be the absence of regular yogurt. The 'lite' stuff had aspartame or some other artificial sweetener in it.

2 bugs in our beds and staff mentioned there was no other spots available for us. we made this work, because we had no other options, but would request a refund for our stay. We were told it was a management decision, but he/she wouldnt be available until 9 a.m. We had to leave by 7 a.m. Please let us know how this can be resolved.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were quite clean. It was close to the university where I was visiting. The breakfast was also quite good. I will be returning.

Place is a dump!

Place is a dump. Dirty room, broken furniture, cob webs all over the ceiling, and dirty bedding. We left and went to another hotel.

While the WiFi didn't work immediately, a phone number for assistance was provided in the room and within 5 minutes a live person (off-site) was able to get my connection working. I was positively impressed. The price is fair and I would stay here again.
