Rooms were clean. Breakfast was scarce for a continental breakfast. Needed topping up in all areas and not very clean. The girl at Breakfast counter on day 2 and 3 was not really helpful and bordering on rude. It was an issue for her to fill a water jug. As we were a table of 5 we sat at a used table which we then had to clean ourselves and grab cutlery from another table. Chairs and glass wear were all grotty. Rooms were good and and housekeeping was good.

Spacious, comfortable room - a lovely surprise
Our room was a wonderful surprise at the end of a decent day of driving. It was a good size and well lit with light filtering in. Very quiet despite being a long weekend. A lovely view overlooking the pool and a huge bathroom with a spa bath and great water pressure. The king size bed was very comfortable and bedside lamps perfect for reading at night. A light breakfast was included, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day.

Cool showers
A great place to stay nice and comfortable… maybe not the full 4 1/2 stars. But comfortable, nonetheless. Rooms are clean and in good condition. The resort is also great for the location in at regional Centre. For the amount of gas that stay at location, I’m guessing the hot water is turned to medium heat; which means no matter what time you want hot water, it only comes lukewarm to warm. However, I did notice that it looks like they have been replacing hot water systems and had approximately 10 ready for recycling. Hopefully the hot water situation improves because it’s a fantastic location and venue to stay at compare to others around Kalgoorlie.

Great resort with cooling showers
The grounds are great and kept fresh, nice pool area with outdoor shade area for sitting. Rooms are big and clean. Even with a street view there was minimal noise. The stairs to the room (I think the room numbers were 23, 24 and 25) are steep and a couple are higher than normal; I made them a little more difficult with bad knees, but manageable. Large showers but cool to just warm shower water no matter what time day or night showering. For the price paid I would expect a warm to hot shower. The room also had a bath (but by the time you would add water to it the water would be cold. Other than cool shower the stay was great.

It was clean, secure parking, lovely staff and quiet. Loved the pool area as well even though I didn't go for a dip.

Unfortunately I booked our stay for two nights consecutively on two different websights and the staff could not accommodate us the same room for both nights. In your rooms you have a door hanger about being green and asking patrons to not change sheets and towels. My partner had just been through major surgery and we were on our way out to the desert. We had to rebook in the next day for our second stay. There was no assistance or guidance in the sevices available to us. I’m talking the restaurant. We had no idea the hours or times. We were told our complimentary breakfast was available until 9.30 went down at 9 and told it was closed. For someone who charges what you do the service is below par
