讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We had an excellent time staying in our glamping tent. However, I had notified the owner, via VRBO, that we would be arriving after 10 PM. I received no communication from them. We arrived in the dark, followed the instructions on VRBO (which were not correct) and it took us about 20 minutes to find our tent (in the dark). The tent lights were not on as per the VRBO instructions for late arrivals. The tent numbers were small and dark (not reflective) we had to get out and shine a flashlight on the tent to see what number it was. The tent location on the VRBO sight was incorrect. It was not at the front of the property, it was at the back of the property, signage for tent locations was poor. Never did see a sign for C tents. Finding the bathroom/shower was the next adventure. It was not walking distance. Again, no signage. We accidentally ran into “overseer”“Jane” the next evening. She was great. She provided us extra towels and her phone number. We did have a hiccup with the electricity. We contacted Jane and it was fixed within 20 minutes. A few recommendations; better signage, map of tent/bathroom locations be available when you enter the property. A phone number to call for assistance. Please update your VRBO/Expedia. I would go back again even with the poor communication issues.
