「The hotel and its facilities were great, every little thing in it was very good, the cleaning service was good but it could have been a little better. The only big downside is maybe the price, for me it was worth it, and for families in general it’s a very good option.」

「The outside of the hotel was lovely with a modern look but we were put in the basement down some stairs in the back which was very dark and gloomy and smelled moldy and the washroom was painted in a dark red even the ceiling and including the tiles, making it look like a dungeon, we complained and for extra cost were moved to the first floor but the washroom was still the ugly red and the balcony was facing the street. 「Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought.
