"We loved our stay from the minute we walked in with the amazing views and cheerful,well done renovations completed in the condo. Just beautiful!! The palm tree lined beach and grounds are picture perfect with the Pacific out back, and magnificent mountains out the front door. There is renovation being done to the building but the views make you ignore that and glad that it’s being done to maintain the property for future enjoyment. We saw every sunrise from the balcony with Hawaiian coffee in hand, saw a basking turtle on a walk up the beach, and enjoyed sightseeing along the coast during our stay. Any questions we had were responded to quickly by the management company or the owners. We were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy the incredible natural beauty on this side of Oahu, and your home was a huge part of that, we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. "

"Pool was closed for maintenance, but I don't think we would have used it anyway. The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes. Very impressive. "

"We’ve stayed in 5 different units at Pat’s. The pool may be great but we’ve never seen it open. The exercise facility is always got construction. The condo is on the 5th floor and has a fantastic view from the lanai. The description of the condo is accurate. I did not care for the sleeping situation. We spent a lot of time looking at the view. I saw sea turtles in the surf. Having a reef in front of the condo allows for some relaxing swimming. The condo seemed to be well stocked with clean. While I wasn’t fond of the bed (I’m 76 and it’s hard to climb over my spouse to get to the restroom at night) I think this would be a perfect spot for a family and it had enough beach paraphernalia to go around. Pat’s is in a great location. Plenty of access to terrific beaches and shopping. And don’t forget, world famous Kaya’s is only a block away!"

"Awesome location and house but seems a little neglected. It coukd be the perfect place but for poor building management. Simple but important repairs needed. Fan remote missing, lights didnt work in main living space, windows didnt open, broken beach chair, broken trifold door, confusing laundry room situation (combo given but door has a key lock)."
