Charming cottage with kitchen-living room, where a wood-burning stove provides comfort. From the living area stairs lead to the sleeping loft, where there is a double bed. There are also bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Saltbæk Vig is a 16 km² brackish water area and is the largest lake in West Zealand. The lake is the result of a failed dam building project that was started in 1866. The dam was supposed to connect several islands. Today it is an interesting nature area. The area is accessible only by guided tours. There is an interesting golf course not far from it. A few kilometers away is also Kalundborg, a medieval town with narrow streets and good stores. Not far from here is also the peninsula Reersø. Before you get to the peninsula, you will pass wetlands that are also worth seeing. So nature there is a lot to experience here. On Reersø there is a small harbor and in it a store that sells fresh and smoked fish.
