"酒店附設的停車場竟然連一般5座位私家車也超出限泊高度，只能泊在酒店附近的時租停車場。我們當晚10點左右入住，發現床單起了一大片毛粒，即時通知前台要求更換床單，不久後一名男服務員到場視察，最後拿來了新床單，但竟然要客人自行更換，真想不到星野集團的酒店服務卻不到位，令住宿體驗大打折扣。"
