"The rooms were a bit small than what we experienced in other hotels in Hokkaido, but considered its location and service we find it still at very good value. The Wi-Fi could support normal web browsing but not some live videos. So it's still satisfactory. Doesn't affect much on our experience though, we still think it's a nice stay there."

"飯店設施維持很好，晚餐Buffet 水準很夠，流程有改進，人多時有控制入場。避免混亂，比去年進步許多。改用較小托盤，強化持續收拾桌面，反而使整個用餐的動線流程進步很多，用餐舒適感提升很多，值得嘉許。對一個已經開幕了38年的飯店（坦白講，要不是去泡湯時看到牆上的照片，我實在不知道這個飯店已經這麼久了，因為所有設施都維護得非常好，像才剛開幕三五年一樣），仍然持續提升服務，起來實在很棒。"
