Excellent facility and service. It is an older facility, though still clean and well maintained. Dining halls are huge and there are bar, gift shops and a pottery workshop to keep you occupied. The onsen isn't too fancy, but it is expected at this price. The dinner was much better than I had expected, ...

It was very comfortable and in a convenient location. We had everything we needed for cooking except a chopping knife. We ended up buying a knife, which we are taking home with us. We appreciated how clean it was, also that we could use the washing machine. Thank you!

I stayed at a few hotels and houses in japan and this one was by far my favourite. Beautiful stream outside surrounded by trees, making it very relaxing.
