Only thing good was staff being polite. The chair in my room had multiple stains-it needs to be removed ASAP. The curtains had a big rip. The shower curtain rod was drooping so the shower curtain kept falling to the middle. The tub was plugged. In general it all needs a huge cleaning and renos.

Everything was ok. That we would be a bit more for the amount we paid $165. Bathroom very small and room very small. No elevator so had to carry luggage for myself and two kids up the stairs. But it was clean. It was convenient to have Denny's right there to eat. Next time I would definitely pay the extra amount to stay at a different Hotel that offers queen size beds, breakfast and elevator. I think it would have been $40 more but totally worth it.

When I checked in I had to wait for smoke break to end. Then was told I’d be in the basement room. After checkout I was never issued a receipt. I called and spent 30 mins on the phone with them to ask for it and still never received it. Kept being put on hold and then hung up on. Room was dingy and in the basement with the window to a window well. Super outdated and gross.

The room was the basement, and extremely noisy. Both my husband and I kept waking up throughout the night due to the loud air conditioner inside the room, as well as the pop and ice machines located just outside. In the middle of the night, dogs were barking, which woke us—and our cat—up. The one good thing was that the room was pet-friendly with CAD$25 surcharge/day which we really appreciated.

I didn't like the dust bunnies handing from the ceiling. The bathroom was way to small. Hard to get the door closed once you were in there.

Had problems with our room initially but they remedied it quickly. Our stay was very enjoyable but I would say the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Seemed like the rooms were cleaned very quickly and minimally. The rooms were spacious and in a convenient location for a good price and did appreciate that.

The property was pretty affordable. That’s about it. The property was out dated in all aspects and the bed was very worn and uncomfortable . This place is not easily accessible with no automatic door and all stairs. The staff were all out smoking outside the front door which wasn’t great to walk by with our baby. And whatever spray they kept using to mask the musky carpet smell. Quite possibly the worst accommodation I’ve ever been to.
