"Outstanding in all areas"

"Easy to find. Good connection to the city. Nice parks in the area. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was comfy. TV was fine but no option to have subtitles, which would have been handy. Removed a star for communication. I emailed them regarding noisy guests and to request some extra cleaning equipment. They never replied."

"At the time when we booked this hotel it had a pool available. Unfortunately they closed the pool (permanently) in the meantime! Otherwise we had a pleasant stay in a convenient location to explore the city."

"Although a good budget business hotel - there was an issue with the heating - and the rooms very hot with no cooler fresh air - sleep quality was horrible as a result. Bed and pillows comfy - shower had great pressure for long hair, cool little Self serve snack bar was good."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"Noisy at night "

"The apt mentions it has a restaurant, but it closed during covid and hasn’t reopened. It does serve an excellent breakfast, but the restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. I was there on an Easter Monday, and the majority of the restaurants in the area were closed for the holiday. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known the restaurant was closed. "
