Great little hotel in the center of Kampot

Great little hotel in the center of Kampot. Close to the restaurants and bars. Tidy, with a nice swimmable pool and very friendly and accomodating staff

Is important, I know I pay around 22$ for one night I know is cheap price, but I sleep many time another place fore the same price and trust me is better all The Right place for disgusting hotel is 8$, for 8 ou receive 8$ Ennyway, is really the last time

In a good location. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The hotel felt safe. The toilet and sink did leak, but only when you used them, had to be careful not to get wet socks when washing your hands. Overall, perfectly fine for travellers and would recommend to someone going to Kampot.

You get what you pay for. Cheap but tired (staff the same). Perfectly adequate if you just want a cheap place to stay and are relaxed about cleanliness and staff responsiveness to blown lightbulbs etc.

The terrace roof of the building is their place to hang cloths and accumulate construction debris and garbage. Staff sleeping in the darkened lobby at night on a bench is not a good look. Owner should be more aware of standards and upgrade what could potentially be a better place.

Dirty, no toilet seat, shower doesn’t work, full of black mould, holes in wall, bathroom floods. Whole hotel smells of sewerage. Staff are interested in cleaning. Rubbish piles up. Expedia should not list this place.

Our room was dirty, black mold, dirty sheets, hair all over the bathroom and used soap. no plugs aside from the outlet the tv was plugged into. Bed had a huge sunken part. Noisy, people slamming doors and moving furniture around. Pool was unusable. We tried to talk to the manager but he was never around. Sent messages through the app, but no reply. Contacted Expedia, and they attempted to contact multiple times with no response. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, we left after 1.

The worst room for the best sleep

Pros: Bed was amazingly comfortable. cons: window frames were broken or missing, aircon barely worked and had toile paper stuffed in it to keep it open, the toilet seat lived on the floor in the corner, the bathroom was about as clean as a $2 hooker, the tv lived at a 40° angle, the wall light above the bed was hanging off and flickered constantly, there was lord knows what fluids staining the walls and the supplied toiletries were invisible. oh and we had tea cups but no kettle or tea making things, which was fairly bizzare. the halls were constantly dark and the pool bottom was littered with rotten leaves. i can honestly say we have stayed in lower cost places that have been far superior… this includes tents. definitely won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The photo you show is fake, not only not on the river, they didn't have a room for us for the entire stay, which was only 2 nights. Staff was terrible.

Énorme tâche de moisissure au plafond, plein de cocon de bêtes ...je ne sais pas quoi mais des nids ou des cocons d'insectes... Plafond murs. .. Chasse d'eau cassé obligé de mettre les mains limite dans l'eau pour tirer la chasse d'eau. Pas propre... Piscine rempli de sable.

Eine reine Männer Absteige

Reines Männerhotel, Das Vibola Guesthouse wird bei Hotels.com mit 2-3* gezeigt. Achtung : Die Photos sind nicht die eins der Zimmer zeigen , alles viel kleiner , viel primitiever. Leider kann ich nicht weniger als 1* geben,.!!! Check in O.K. Zimmer : Nur über 2 sehr steile , sehr enge Treppen zu erreichen . Ich musste zuerst das Zimmer Türschloß reparieren !! Im Zimmer::: Sehr klein , kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar, Aircon kühlte nicht, das Wasser von der Aircon flutete immer Fußboden im Bad, Toilettendeckel lose ,nur zwei Steckdosen Dusche ohne Wasserdruck,Balkon sehr dreckig und ohne Möbel, Guesthouse , Sehr unsaubern Müll lag auf dem Boden weil die Katzen nach Futter gesucht hatten, nach 2 Tagen lag der Müll immer noch auf der Erde an der Rezeption. . Transport zur Busstation bei Check out musste ich selber organisieren.

Hôtel bien situé. Un peu bruyant et pas très propre. Belle piscine. Frigo collectif bien appréciable. L'hôtel a effectivement besoin d'une bonne restauration mais les prix seront certainement à la hausse car prix super bas.

Great hotel with nice pool.

I ended up staying here 5 nights and it was perfect and clean. I enjoyed the pool every day. Swim at 12 when sun is out! I had a nice Belcony, a nice clean room, a hot shower and the location is perfect. They clean your room daily if needed and supply 2 bottles of water a day. Next time in Kampot I'll be back here!

lackinig in maintenace/nedding an update

the room was ok but they are lacking maintenace. we had no water pressure on shower for 2 different days and none on the basin all days.the sheets had holes in them every set. the recemption guy was working 24 hours a day so he was sleeping at night with all room keys left on bench so take your key. every day i had to ask for soap and water. no safe, no kettle, no mini fridge. the pool was dirty although it was swimable. just needs an update and i understand its hard as there is no tourists therefore no customers.

The room was fine. I wasn't expecting much because I was because I was out most of the time. For me it was enough because all I needed was a bed and a shower. It doesn't come with breakfast, but there are places nearby. Bring your own shampoo because they didn't give out shampoos. They do have an electric kettle on demand if you need it. It has basic items which I needed.
