“The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. However a few things need to be done to make it a better stay. Firstly, there was dust at all the window frames and on the fans - my sister who was allergic to dust sneezed throughout the stay. There was no water heater in both the bathrooms at the house - this was not an issue for my family, but it would have been much more comfortable if……

“book the property a day before. called the owner but no pick up, only can contact through whatsapps. Owner cancel my booking around 11am on the day of travel. No apology received. Full refund from hotels.com received. Book the property on your own risk.”

“Love the pool and the close proximity to the Lake Garden. Having the ironing board in the room is so helpful. The hotel looks tired inside and out. However, it is comfortable and reasonably clean. Will consider it again in the future.”
