We had a superb stay, the house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, well-designed, and had all the modern comforts a traveler could want. We appreciated use of the (very clean!) garage and the owners did not skimp on either furnishings or maintenance. The house was very quiet at night, away from traffic or businesses and the view from the rear was serene at both sunrise and sunset. This is a 5* property, trust the ratings as they are correct!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at The Mighty 5! Everything we wanted to see was 1 1/2 hours or less away. We visited Snow canyon, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon and Zion. The house was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing New Year's Stay

Stayed here with our family of 4 over New Years. The location could not have been better for trip to Bryce, Pink Sand Dunes and Zion. Maybe one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. House was super clean and real care was taken to make it a very simple experience to stay. Host was super responsive. I only worry about giving a good review, because we already want to come back and want to keep this hidden gem open and to ourselves. Thanks again for a GREAT stay.

This is a wonderful house. Just as advertised. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Kanab is the perfect base from which to explore southern Utah. We'll definitely try to stay in this house again.

Excellent place to stay

We loved The Mighty Five Main! It was in a great central location for seeing Zion and Bryce and many other lesser known places. With 3 couples, the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area and the outdoor patio were perfect places to wind down! The view in the backyard was beautiful, and the night skies are amazing! It was wonderful to be able to park in the garage and leave our dirty hiking shoes there to dry! Everything about the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed this spacious and well appointed home. Description is accurate and we found house convenient for access to Zion and Bryce as well as local recreation options. Rooms were large, beds were comfy and view out from the patio was beautiful. Recommended without reservation! We stayed five nights (all aged 60+…wife, sister and friends from Germany) and we all loved it. Very handy to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more. We had looked at properties elsewhere but are so happy we rented here. Go enjoy this Kanab Keeper!

Utah Adventure Base

Three couples stayed at the Mighty Five for four nights and it exceeded our expectations! We used this house as a "base camp" for some Utah adventures. It was a reasonable distance from Zion and Lake Powell and it is located in Kanab which turned out to have quite a few little adventure spots of its own! The house was beautiful! Each couple had their own king size ensuite so there was plenty of space and the living room and kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. The hot tub felt great after days of hiking! And the views of a mesa in your own backyard were ideal! We loved this house so much we almost didn't want to leave, the amenities and decor were top notch. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wishing to explore Kanab or places nearby.

This is a beautiful property, very clean, and convenient to use as a base for the national parks in the area. There were three couples in our group and it worked out perfectly...3 king bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The pictures online really don't do it justice. It is very modern, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful Utah

Very clean with comfortable beds. Great base for so many adventures nearby. Amazing views all around. Well stocked supplies very appreciated. Really enjoyed the whole experience with so much to see and do. Utah is breathtaking. One week is just not enough so will plan a return visit soon. Six senior adults found much to do within our comfort zone. Some patio cushions would be a great addition.

Super nice place!

This is easily one of the nicest places we have stayed at through VRBO! The house is beautiful, set up very well, and the scenery all around it is stunning! Communications was top notch, and at the last minute, they were able to accommodate an additional family at the adjacent casita! We will definitely seek this house out if we are looking at the Kanab area. It it's available for your time frame, book it!

Beware of the eyes on the hot tub

Everything about the property was 5 stars other than there were not one but two or more cameras on the hot tub. Owner says it was for the protection of the property and renters…..the Mrs says otherwise.

Wonderful new house, very comfortable

This house was perfectly designed for our family and had great features and special touches such as accent lighting in the bathrooms. Everything we needed for a week’s stay was provided, including coffee, paper products and detergents. The view in the back yard was beautiful and included a fire pit and gas grill. The beds were comfortable, too. We felt at home here. The location is perfect for day trips to the regions parks and tourist spots. I highly recommend this house.

I cannot begin to explain how enjoyable our stay was at The Mighty 5 house. First and foremost, the house was immaculately clean, the rooms were enormous, beds incredibly comfortable, kitchen just amazing and the views were incredible. Beyond the absolute loveliness of the home, the Zion Stays team that manages the property was communicative, helpful, professional, courteous and just great. Very nice new property. Each bedroom has its own bath, which was nice after a dusty day hiking. Location was very quiet as well. Also, a we were able to park inside the garage which was nice since it was very windy and dusty while we were there.

Mighty clean and comfortable

The rooms were all private from other rooms. Loved this the view is nice and patio was great. It was good but lacking sharper knifes, more dish towel, hand mixer, and hooks in the bathroom to put used towels on. We all agree we would defiantly stay her again.
