Kanab Zion Vacation

Great spot close to Zion with cute restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed the property and nearby activities- we’ll be back!

Beyond beautiful

Our unit was perfect for us and the owners had everything we needed and then some. The pool area was beautiful. Next trip out here we will stay here again and longer next time.

Amazing oasis in Kanab

What a beautiful find on the heart of Kanab! The home we stayed in was gorgeous and my kids loved the pool and game room. Communications was easy and there was great transparency on the earlier checkout time (which has not been the case with all VRbO’s). Staying here was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Excellent place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Timber & Tin! The house was adorable and the roof with fire pit, marshmallow roasters, and hammock made for some excellent family time. There is a pool and hot tub with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The barn was so cute and had ping pong, board games, and Western movies to watch. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. There were full-sized products in the bathrooms and lots of coffee and hot chocolate pods. The hosts really thought of everything! Kanab is a very charming town and our whole family was sad we couldn’t stay longer. We hope our travels bring us back again and we won’t hesitate to stay at Timber & Tin. Thank you!
