"We had to switch rooms due to a broken furnace that was going off and waking us up throughout the night. The staff was accommodating, but it was a little frustrating paying for a premium room, then having the room not be properly maintained. There was standing water in one of the sinks. When we switched rooms it was not the same premium room we paid for. The hot tub for the facility was broken. We had to get out early Saturday morning and were planning on getting breakfast in the hotel. The restaurant was closed because some called in sick. I understand that staff get sick, but proper management would have a contingency plan in place so guests can have the services they expected available during their stay. "

"The rooms are nice but the bathroom was not good. Looks like mild on the roof. Not saying it is but could be. We have stayed here on our travels since they renovated the place and seems to go down hill each year. The breakfast is terrible but most places are. The hotel is in a good location but there are a couple of newer ones beside it I will be trying in the future. Didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t speak for that part. Cheers"
