“Very clean, and nice cabin.”

“The one thing I did not realize was this was the lower portion of someone's home. You do not have a thermostat or oven. Everything else is provided. It is private and comfy. There was private space for each member of our 4 adults.”

“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know……

“The cabin was very cozy and the perfect size for our party of 6. But the cabin was really dirty- several areas were really sticky, like soda had been spilled, including floors, bedroom remote, and dining table (there was even cardboard still stuck to the top of dining table). But the WORST was all the dog hair!!!! It was everywhere! After we sat on the couch our clothes were covered in hair, it was so gross! There was a torrential rain storm when we arrived and the roof was leaking onto the……
