「The hotel itself is very nice and clean The staff are very friendly with the exception they really don't speak any English so even the simplest things they don't understand I did pick the property because it said they speak both English and Chinese but they're English is very very limited if at all and then even in all of China when you use a app to translate to Chinese they still can look at you funny and don't really understand it so I'm not sure what the translation does but it's not as...

「首先, 酒店的某個服務人員服務態度不太好, 電話訊講到一半就跑了也不事先打招呼, 換了一個服務人員然後又把所有的問題重複了一遍 !在入住期間本身酒店的周邊本來就什麼都沒有, 跟服務人員要了2個礦泉水態度非常差還要收錢, 住過上海北京寧波的PARK HYATT都沒遇過喝水要收錢的. 森林小屋的房間很簡陋, 換到竹屋感覺好一點了但是廁所的地板特別髒, 地漏堵住, 熱水很難調水還特別小....2000一個晚上感覺不太值得」

「Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...

「It is 20 min from Great Wall of China; but around there is no restaurant. We ate restaurant inside hotel, food is good; also breakfast buffet is the best. Staffs are friendly but no English speaking, we used google translator. Great hotel, strongly recommend if you want to go Great Wall of China 」

「We had a great 3-day stay at the guesthouse. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful despite limited English skills and the restaurant serves delicious Chinese food. Located 2 hour drive North of Beijing in a remote village close to the Great Wall, the guesthouse is perfect for a getaway from the busy capital. The rooms are new with nice facilities and a small courtyard for each room makes it very private. We will be back in future and we will recommend this guesthouse to others that...

「喜欢酒店的建筑风格，木质色调让人感觉很舒服，酒店里的香味也很舒服，环境很好，很适合拍照，房间也很大，很安静，各种设施都很智能，前台小宋服务很热情周到，打扫卫生的阿姨都很热情，下次到北京会继续选择入住！强力推荐！」

「Nice quiet stay for a visit to nearby family. Everything was fine for my visit, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Command of English was poor, however I managed fine using Google translate. 」
