「Very fine house 」

「Host was welcoming the interior was fine although hand towels , hand soap for the bathroom and Kleenex would have made it a five. The exterior was a mess! Garbage in the backyard and vomit I. The yard made us go around the house thru cars to the front yard to potty the dogs. Not found until snow started to melt!」

「This is our go-to every year we visit family in the area. Good amenities and nearby shopping. Easy access. James is always very communicative and professional.」

「This one-bedroom attic apartment is cute and efficient. It was sufficient for my needs. Due to the age of the original home that houses four (4) residential units, it is a little loud in its mechanics, structure, and location. The people were friendly and helpful. It is closely located to the Crown Point Square which offers multiple shopping and gastro-pub options within the Historic Downtown area. The property manager was pleasant enough and prompt in his communications.」

「Overall my stay was good, very clean and I felt safe in the neighborhood. No loud noises and was great for the week I stayed for work purposes. However, the bed felt like sleeping on concrete with no head support (thin pillows); slept on the couch the entire week. Also the shower head is very small with little pressure, definitely looked forward to a good shower and it was not. Fixing those few amenities would truly make this place feel more comfortable and home-like, especially for extended...

「This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. 」

「Staying here was fantastic. Dean and Christine were very accommodating and provided many amenities that made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. As a temporary tenant for a month, I appreciated that they took many considerations into account for daily living, as well as answering questions and maintaining communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place, and I hope future tenants have the opportunity to experience daily life here as well. Thank you.」

「The home was just as pictured and in excellent condition. The host had snacks, coffee and drinks available upon our arrival. The host also personally checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony porch overlooking a large pond. All in all, a perfect place. 」
