「The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...

「The place was very nice and welcoming and we got there late and the place was easy to access and nice and toasty. Everything was easy to find. The host was checking on us during the stay.」

「The only thing that wasn't that good was the water pressure in the shower. The water literally dripped from the shower head. Very little pressure. There's no parking on Main St. Parking was an adventure. 」

「We appreciated being close to trolly, freeway access and other attractions. The precise neighborhood itself isn't much of a destination, nor walkable. The unit and the location can be noisy, take note if you are sensitive to city noises, or sounds from an upstairs resident. The unit has lots of supplies and extras, which we appreciated. Comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if a return trip to KC ever comes up.」

「The property was very nice. The location in the middle of the town was excellent. Walking distance to places to eat and shopping. It was also very easy to get to downtown Kansas City. It was just 15-20 mins to get there. The park along the river was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Nice city view, great location, clean , roomy and comfortable, but bring your patience. Apartment door was extremely capricious and keycard for front door and elevator could also be tedious. Got locked in the elevator when the card couldn’t be read. Doors closed and the car kept moving. There IS a help button, but you must be fluent in deciphering drive thru gibberish to understand what the out of city operator is saying. Small misadventures but great once you clear all of the doors.」
