「It is an older building in the heart of downtown so it’s expected to not be perfect condition…this is why I gave it 4 stars. Valet waiting on you, handed keys over and went to front desk. Check in fast. Room was excellent!!!!! TV saying welcome with my name. The bathroom was a true handicap one. Complete roll in shower. Restaurant atmosphere was perfection. Will be back!!!!!! Stay here when you’re needing a place when your downtown KC!!!」

「Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t very comfortable. The place didn’t feel very clean — the shower was in poor condition, and my wife didn’t even feel comfortable using it the second day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were very flat. Everything felt old, dusty, and not well-maintained, which really triggered our allergies.We were frustrated to pay a 150 cleaning fee when it was clear the property hadn’t been properly cleaned.
