À notre arrivée, la jeune fille de l'accueil n'a pas été très sympathique. Les autres employés étaient gentils. La chambre est correct compte tenu que nous ne sommes pas longtemps dans la chambre sauf pour dormir. La balcon avec vue sur la mer et entendre le son de vague, c'est super, piste cyclable pas loin et il prête des vélos. Pour ceux que sa peut intéresser, il n'y a pas de gym sur place, mais cour de yoga seulement le matin, certains jours. Impossible de faire de la plongé en apné de l'hôtel, la mer est beaucoup trop agité sur ce coté de l'ile et il n'y a pas de plage en face. Il faut aller sur le côté et c'est une plage mais beaucoup de roches dans l'eau, la baignade n'est pas idéal pour ceux qui s'attende à ceci. Par contre, l'emplacement entre le sud et le nord est bien cela diminue la route à faire lors des activités.

Everything else is great other than the Wi-Fi connection. Can only login couple of times - even in midnight the connection fails consistently. My guess is the server only allows certain number of devices to login for the whole property. Then in the room both Verizon and T-Mobile cell phone signals are next to none. We literally had a very quiet vacation disappearing from the grid because kids even had a hard time to contact us. Hope management can invest some money to improve the Wi-Fi system.

Location was great, ocean view and chairs were nice. Room is pretty bare bones and the restaurant being closed felt like we were missing out on drinks and meals on site. Chickens will likely wake you up early each day but they were fun to watch running around. Pool was nice to hang out around outside.

The Balcony was PERFECT! I would definitely return. I would only suggest the Fire Pit stay on maybe till 11pm for us nite owls. And maybe more lighting. The outdoors blue light was nice. But maybe a few more colors for a well rounded minimal lighting experience =)

Such a nice getaway my husband and I had at the ISO. From our room we could look out at the pool and beautiful ocean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great size room. The staff is super nice and helpful. So friendly too! I will definitely stay there again once I get back to Kauai

The view was okay and also the pool. We only stayed 2 nights instead of 4 nights we moved to another hotel nearby ,the room smells bad & carpet very old ,need renovation ,no bar no restaurant because they’re under renovation. The front lobby was also not nice .I m not recommending to stay in this hotel .

The rooms were clean but the property is run down in a few areas. Customer service was good but one of the ladies at check didn’t appear to like her job. I don’t have her name but she was the middle aged blond lady. Everyone else was wonderful.
