This villa is located at The Ridge Villas in the world-class Kapalua® Resort on the west side of the island of Maui. The Kapalua® Resort is known to be one of the premier resorts in all Hawaii and features some of the most stunning scenery the island has to offer.  With gentle rolling lush green hills, soft floral trade winds, and dazzling white sandy beaches, it is easy to see why the Hawaiian definition of Kapalua® means “arms embracing the sea."  Kapalua® is truly heaven on earth! 



 



This villa is distinguished from all others at the resort by its location. This end unit townhouse, offering unobstructed ocean and island views, is nestled within an ideal setting, one which perfectly showcases the beauty of this resort. Located just off The Bay Course, you will see why our guests love the peace and serenity that only this villa can offer. 



 



The views this villa so beautifully highlights are nothing short of breathtaking. Walking into your villa for the first time, you will be mesmerized by the stunning scenery just outside you window. It is a sight that seems just about too perfect to be real. The picture before you almost seems too perfect to be real.



 



Just off the living room you will find a large lanai with a table that seats for up to four people. The privacy this space offers will have you feeling like you have the island all to yourself. There is nothing more relaxing than kicking off your shoes, sipping on a tropical cocktail with lots of umbrellas, and watching the sun slowly set between the islands. You could not paint a more perfect picture of paradise! During the winter months, whale season begins and our ocean is teams with these magnificent creatures. It is thrilling to watch these immense animals jump clear out of the water, then land in a giant splash!  Forget the whale watching trip, you have got the best seats right here!



 



On the first floor of your spacious villa, you will find a large living room with a pull-out sofa, coffee table, and a TV. A dining table sits just off of the living room and is large enough to comfortably seat four. Family dinners become an even more magical event when taking in the spectacular view just before you.  Passing sailboats, and out-of-this-world sunsets make for the perfect backdrop to any evening meal.



 



Near the dining area, you will find a breakfast bar that adjoins the kitchen, and with pull-up chairs. This is a wonderful spot to breakfast in the morning, or, enjoy a cocktail while the chef-for-the-day prepares your meal.



 



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly desire to prepare and serve any meal. We know how important it is to come to a villa and have all that you need at your finger tips. There is nothing more frustrating than beginning your preparation, just to find you need that one tool to finish up. During your stay, if you discover you need something extra, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be more than happy to provide it for you.  The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a freezer.



 



Off the kitchen is the first of your two bathrooms. This bathroom features a sink with vanity and shower. 



 



Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom provides some of the most jaw dropping views of the whole villa. The sparkling Pacific Ocean, and the sight of the islands of Molokai’ and Lanai create an ambiance of pure tropical bliss. Vacationers travel thousands of miles in search of views like these. The lanai is a lovely, peaceful space to have a cup of delicious Kona Coffee and enjoy the ever-changing skyline during a sunrise. 



 



The master bathroom is incredibly spacious, with enough room for everyone in your party to comfortably get dressed and ready for the day. The bathroom features an oversized soaking tub with shower, two separate vanities with sinks, closet and a washer and dryer. The soaking tub is a welcoming sight after a long day at the beach, or, an evening out on the town.  



 



As an added bonus, your villa is directly across the street from one of the two pools located at The Ridge.



 



This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.



 



We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.



 



Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!







Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
