“The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. Planned trip for a year and all appeared great until we settled into the room and found that there was no hot water, only a single small role of toilet paper and limited to a single cup of coffee each. “Staff was great, very friendly. Everything was very clean - rooms, bathrooms, dining area, etc. and all of the basic essentials were supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer). They gave us each a bottle of water at check in which was nice and the pool area looked nice, we just never had time to enjoy it because we were busy. Breakfast was great - a good selection of items and everything was yummy. The elevators and hallways are stuffy and have an odd smell, probably because the room air……
