Dream of Aloha

* Equipped with all the basics that you will need for your stay and some more: from Turkish towels and basic beach items to a picnic basket, bar cart, Vitamix and an air fryer, movie projector, wireless printer, record player, guitar, ukulele, games and more.
* Have access to the Ko Olina sports membership with several perks including access to the Gym and several classes (yoga, hula, tai-chi, stand-up paddle board, spinning, and many more options), all for the same small fee (about$50 per card during the entire stay up to a year).
* Exceptional setting: 12 min walk to beachfront, 10 min walk to trendy restaurants, steps away from golf course, amazing swimming pool and gym.
* Tastefully furnished with functional and high-quality items, highlighting the richness of the Hawaiian culture through artwork, books, and Vinyls from local artists.
* Remote Keyless entry, gated community offers night-time patrols.
* Deluxe double-protected mattresses and bedding.

Go for a walk along the 1.5 mile-long pathway facing the ocean, and enjoy the show: each of the four magnificent lagoons has its own character… take a swim or do a little snorkeling! The picture-perfect landscape is what dreams (and social media shots) are made of.
At home, play chef and enjoy cooking in your fully equipped kitchen. Now it may be time to get some work done… What about bringing the laptop to the hammock outside? We offer reliable Internet and wireless printing.
Take advance of the many choices for physical activity: besides hiking, surfing, or sailing nearby, you can also learn swimming, snorkeling, yoga, tai chi, stand-up paddle boarding, spinning, hula, and more, right here in the neighborhood.

Enjoy a happy hour from one of the fantastic spots around: The four seasons hotel, Disney Aulani, or the Ko Olina Market area always have good choices available.
Experience the best sunsets on the island and wrap up the day with a romantic view of the night sky from the hot tub.

The minimum stay is 30 days, if you are planning to stay for less days, you are still responsible for the entire 30 days. The host is not responsible for the common amenities like the swimming pool, golf course, etc. If they cease to be available to the guest for any reason, there will be no refund to the guest. Electric Bills are usually less than $150 month, your reservation will cover that, but any amount above that will be charged to the guest.
Long term leases (6+ month) are also available at a discounted price.

This is a very quiet community: very “zen” vibe. Sorry but loud behavior is prohibited… :/
We are super-conscious to keep bugs away, it is a must to not leave food accessible and definitely no overnight dishes in the sink.
It is not allowed to use the guest parking spots unless it’s for very short periods of time.

Dream of Aloha

Beautiful townhouse, well-maintained, a pleasure to stay in. The host was always very prompt in taking action on any concerns, none of which were major. Very conveniently located within short walking distance of shops, restaurants and, most importantly, the 4 lagoons where I enjoyed my daily morning walk. I would happily stay there again.
