Our unit in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina is located on the top 11th floor of the Beach Tower. The Beach Tower is one of two towers in the Beach Villas and is the one located closest to the water). The panoramic views of the water, sand beach, and even mountains are stunning. You can even see the water laying in bed in the master bedroom! Our unit is one of only two at the 11th (top) floor, so it provides peaceful privacy. It on the northwest side so you can enjoy awesome sunsets from the lanai, and close enough to the water to hear the surf in the evenings.

Ko Olina Resort is one of the most beautiful and peaceful spots on the earth. There are 4 large protected coves that are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing on the sand or well-maintained grass. Just a short walk up the beach are additional smaller coves that are great for snorkeling and you can almost always find turtles enjoying them as well. There are plenty of restaurants at the nearby (walking distance) Marriott hotels, New Disney Hotel or shopping center and there is also a Roy’s restaurant within walking distance on the gorgeous Ko Olina Golf Course. The JW Marriott has tennis courts on top of the parking garage with great ocean views.

Ko Olina Resort is conveniently located just 21 freeway miles from Honolulu Airport, and about 30 freeway miles from Waikiki. There is a brand new Costco in Kapolei is just a few miles away. Kapolei is a new master planned city with major stores, such as Safeway and Target, and plenty of restaurants.

The condo is top-of-the-line luxury and has a complete Roy Yamaguchi designed kitchen with induction cooktop Wolf oven and subzero refrigerator. Dishwasher, microwave, wine chiller cabinet, complete dishware, cookware and all the appliances so you can make your favorite meals. The floor plan is wide so all bedrooms and living areas have ocean views. There is also a Bosch washer and dryer located inside the unit. There are even 2 parking spots located in the underground garage.

There are boogie boards, snorkeling gear, swimming noodles, and some water toys in the unit for your enjoyment. We also have a cooler and the blue ice for you to bring cold drinks and food to the beach or the pool. There are 2 beach chairs for you to take to the beach and relax.

There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that can be combined to make a 2nd King. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the great room.

There are flat screen TV's in each of the rooms with cable. ( 55' HD LED TV with Blueray/DVD player and DVR with cable TV in Living room, 46' LED HD TV with Blueray/DVD player and cable TV in Master bedroom, and 40' HD TV with cable TV in 2nd bedroom.) Wireless and wired broadband Internet and free long local phone service throughout Hawaii.

The Beach Villas have 2 fantastic salt water pools with sand bottom hot tubs. There is a large fitness center with steam room and sauna on the property.
