Tolles Haus am Wasser - Umgebung aber ausbaufähig

Haus ist toll ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, Additive Nebenkosten kamen im Winter bei 4 Tagen für 3 Personen spürbar nochmal on top, dies sollte also im Blick behalten. .. Sauna haben wir deswegen dann auch garnicht erst genutzt! Da es wirklich viele, viele Häuser und FeWos in dieser Anlage sind und diese ziemlich eng gestellt sind, wird es im Sommer sicherlich sehr spürbar voll sein... Ideal dann aber für Familien mit Kindern und große Gruppen, die Spaß haben wollen! Im Winter war es jetzt aber herrlich einsam, ruhig und man hatte keine Nachbarn und auch die großflächigen Baumaßnahmen überall lagen ruhig über Weihnachten! Kappeln ist zudem nicht weit weg und man kann dort alles einkaufen und sogar shoppen!

Die Austattung des Hauses ist top. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Gefrierschrank. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Herrlicher Schlafkomfort in den Boxspringbetten. Eine gute Idee sind die elektrischen Außenrollos. Die Lage des Hauses mit 10 m zum Wasser des Hafenbeckens ist einfach sensationell. Wir waren zwar in regnerischen Tagen in Olpenitz, aber durch die großen Panoramafenster kann man das ganze Treiben im Hafen verfolgen. Im Sommer dürfte das Wohlbefinden der Gäste wohl nochmal getoppt werden. Nicht zu vergessen die Strandnähe. Wir kommen wieder.
