Lovely home in Olpenitz with sauna

This holiday home is a holiday ON the Baltic Sea, because the holiday home Perspektive is located on a narrow headland with the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other.



The holiday accommodation impresses with its direct location by the sea, three terraces and high-quality furnishings with a spacious sauna and phenomenal roof terrace. Whether harbour cinema, vast untouched Baltic Sea, lighthouse or beach, the holiday home opens up new perspectives in the truest sense of the word.



Natural materials, subtle shapes and muted colours are what make this holiday home so charming and allow for a relaxing retreat.



The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen with sociable counter leaves nothing to be desired in terms of high-quality equipment, holiday meals can be enjoyed at the dining table for six people. From here, large windows look out onto the neighbouring terrace and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort. The comfortable seating area and a rocking chair in front of the wood-burning stove invite you to linger.



A modern concrete staircase leads to the first floor of the holiday home. On this level there are two bedrooms for two people each and a fully equipped bathroom with a large Finnish sauna. Another terrace connects the master bedroom and bathroom. From here you can relax on lounge furniture and enjoy the harbour cinema.



The highlight of the holiday home is the large roof terrace with all-round sea views (Baltic Sea/Schlei). Baltic Sea as far as the eye can see and a complete overview of the harbour, the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort and the Weidefeld beach are offered by this extraordinary spot in the middle of the Baltic Sea.

Another sleeping place is available on the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor

ready.



A guest WC on this level also provides additional comfort.



A private parking space and a shed in front of the house offer sufficient space for bicycles and/or pushchairs.



Our favourite spot: enjoy the blue horizon on the roof terrace in chilled-out beanbags or relaxing on a sun lounger.



The holiday home Perspektive is one half of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
