The property is also near the charming town of Kappeln. The house features an 18 m2 swimming pool equipped with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, along with a sauna and whirlpool for ultimate relaxation. An activity room with billiards, table tennis, darts, and a PlayStation 4 ensures entertainment for all. The heart of the house is the kitchen/living area, with a long dining table overlooking the pool room and a cozy sofa area by a wood-burning stove for unwinding after a busy day. The house offers six double bedrooms divided into two sections, each with its own bathroom, and a loft that sleeps four, ideally suited for children. In total, the house has three bathrooms.
