The white beach villa "Beachvilla" boasts a prime location directly on the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort and features amenities that promise pure relaxation! The nearly 93 square meters are spread over three floors and offer up to six people the opportunity to spend an unforgettable vacation here.
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a captivating film on the flat-screen TV. A Blu-ray player is also provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. From an espresso machine and egg cooker to a toaster, the kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your breakfast at the dining table or on the furnished terrace, which is located directly on the beach. With views of the pristine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea, a true vacation feeling is guaranteed. Imagine spending wonderful evenings grilling under a parasol, listening to the sound of the waves. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you'll find a bright bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer, and insect screens ensure your comfort. Both bedrooms offer a restful sleep thanks to blackout curtains and insect screens. The master bedroom features a double bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and boasts its own balcony. This allows you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the beach view right after waking up. The second bedroom has two single beds (80x200cm) and a wardrobe.
On the second floor, you'll find the apartment's impressive studio. Relax in the two sleeper chairs (80x200cm) and enjoy the flat-screen TV. Blackout curtains and insect screens guarantee a good night's sleep. On cooler days, the studio is the highlight of the beach villa: a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. Adjacent to the studio is a Finnish sauna with a shower. The balcony on this floor offers a fantastic view of the Schlei fjord, its estuary, and the nature reserve bordering the resort. Relax on the sun loungers or let your gaze wander across the private beach and the Baltic Sea. Watch the colorful activity on land and water and spend blissful hours.
A travel cot and highchair are available for our younger guests. A free parking space is available in front of the building.
