“We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed. Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house! We highly recommend this place! ”

“Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and comfortable property set in landscaped gardens with a private courtyard surrounded by wisteria. Rooms were clean and perfectly appointed. Just a truly lovely place for a getaway, and an easy drive to Taree for restaurants and cafés. We definitely hope to stay here again. ”

“I would have stayed a week if I could have! More time to enjoy more cups of tea on the deck with the sound of birdsong and the gently flowing river below. This place is idyllic. Feels like the most secluded, peaceful place, but 5 minutes drive from the nearest pub or bakery. The owners were helpfully responsive to my email enquiry before our stay, but left us alone to enjoy the experience when we were there.
