The building is a little older and in need of some upgrades. Our shower was an old bathtub and awkward to stand in. The spa and rooftop pool, view and bar are all fantastic. The breakfasts are amazing. Staff was incredibly helpful. Overall we loved our time in Karlstad!

Breakfast was fabulous. Artwork and decor was intriguing. Rooftop pool area was relaxing and scenic. We booked with a third party and were not aware that we had to book our parking ahead of time, so that was unfortunate. One of our two rooms had an issue with the shower drain and we had to make a late-night move: not fun. But the location as priceless. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic breakfast, nice shower, superb outdoor rooftop with bar and heated small pool. Great location with many walking and biking trails through the park, down the river and into town. A bit noisy with motorcycles in the evening. Lovely place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the friendly and very helpful receptionists to the cheerful and discreet breakfast waiters to the relaxing roof top pool area. Lovely room with a view, comfy beds, delicious and very fresh breakfast. All of this in a very central location and with safe in-house parking. 10 out of 10!

The hotel seems large and a bit of a maze, but we liked our room, especially with a little balcony to look over the river. The hotel is very nicely situated, right by the river with plenty of walking opportunities nearby. The breakfast had a huge variety as well. The fitness center was a bit cramped unfortunately with limited though decent equipment. Make sure to pre-book parking if needed, though we used an offsite lot and that worked fine. The spa seemed to be busy but we weren’t able to check it out this trip. I don’t know if I will ever make it back here, but if I do I would stay at this hotel again.

Vackert hotell med utmärkt läge. Rummen mycket fina med air kondition. Frukosten var utmärkt. Gymmet hade mer att önska för att vara ett så fint hotell, alldeles för liten yta för att kännas bekvämt då det blev fullt när 2-3 personer vistades där samtidigt.
