The home is a short drive to Marshall or downtown Jefferson! Less than .5 miles from the 43 boat ramp. The driveway into the property has an area for boat/trailer parking.

About the home:

Home is brand new construction with beautiful views from the screened in front porch or the oversized deck that is built out onto the river. The downstairs area has darts, corn hole, oversized connect 4, gas grill, picnic tables and hammock swings! The screened in porch has a table and chairs and rocking chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the scenery.

This home has 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a dual vanity and huge walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has queen bunk beds

Starlink Wifi makes high speed internet possible while still being secluded!

Swim at your own risk and kayak at your own risk. Any damage done to the kayak will result in being charged for replacement costs.
