"The hotel is fantastic for its design, the room and the view. I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

"The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :("

"Gorgeous scenery - with the river and falls right outside you door - the balcony terrace is right on the river - great outdoor activities - we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Loverly home - lovely hosts"
