"First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Okay if you can close your windows and turn on the AC but it was shut down for the winter season and management wouldn't turn it on so a couple of bad sleeps. "

"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"This property is stunning! The views are incredible from every angle. Amazing outdoor space - sunny, shaded, pool, grassy area, decks, verandas. The house is clean and updated and well decorated. "Stayed at this fabulous villa for 10 nights. The sunset views are amazing and we enjoyed these every evening by the pool. All the facilities were excellent including the outdoor seating and tables, comfortable bedrooms etc. Our host Alexander was always available with prompt and friendly messages if we had any questions or requests. And the small town of Batsi (a short drive away) is lovely, with many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!"
