The Space:
Villa Kite is a beautiful 2 bedroom gem on the LaVanta development, with modern, stylish furnishings that make it truly special. Its private walled garden out back is a serene escape from the summer heat.

Inside, you’ll love the open-plan living area with a cozy L-shaped sofa, TV, and coffee table, flowing into a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Patio doors lead to a stunning pool terrace with an infinity pool—perfect for sunny days.

Fully air-conditioned and open-plan, Villa Kite is great for families or friends. Relax under the covered pergola by the pool or in the spacious rear garden, ideal for shaded dining or evening chills.

Upstairs, both bedrooms offer gorgeous sea views. The master, with a king bed and en-suite, has a private balcony for enjoying Kalkan’s epic sunsets from Kaputas to Parata beach. The second bedroom, with two single beds, shares the same stunning Turkish Riviera views. Both have access to a spacious wet room with ample storage.

The LaVanta Clubhouse serves tasty hot and cold food, beers, wines, cocktails, and soft drinks. Kids will love the table tennis and infant plunge pool. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Kalkan
Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.

LaVanta
