This atmospheric cozy house, entirely built of stone with a true traditional feeling will exceed your expectations.

Located within a picturesque housing complex in Elani area, offers short distance from beach, shops, bars, and restaurants!
The 80 square meters entirely stone made house is very comfortable to fit up to four persons.
A master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom fitted with a hanging double bed offers accommodation for an entire family.

It is an above ground floor house with access to a 100 square meters garden and a beautiful veranda decorated with olive trees and ornamental plants

Ideal for family holidays or friends.

The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities; fireplace, air conditioning, heating, oven, dishwasher, TV, wifi, wooden floor.

In addition, guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool (operational from late April to early October .

The house is close to the village of Siviri - a beautiful seafront village - and its amenities; bakery, butcher, super M, nice food, nice sandy beaches and nightlife. Near Siviri you will find the famous Siviri amphitheatre, where various concerts and dancing performances are being held during the summer period.
In addition, within walking-distance you can find Elani resort; a small "private" spot, famous for its crystal-clear water beach, tranquility, quality and privacy. The village of Kalithea famous for its nightlife is spotted only 8km far away.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt,Erholung pur und ein super Vermieter!!
