Church bells toll Nextdoor so beware if you are a light sleeper. Friendly staff and right near a row of restaurants lining the waterfront. Quiet area. About 25 mins from Split downtown. Five mins by car from airport. Parking available (free I think) Bus station five mins easy walk.

NO PARKING reserved for the hotel so if you are not able to find a spot in front of the hotel you have to pay until 10pm and move by 7 am We were in room 3 , awful,the church bell rings on the half hour and then the number of time for the time it is ( at 630am it rings like 20 times..) and then at 7 am again just to be sure you are awake. The curtains do not even keep the lights /sun out. Breakfast was good.

Bella stanza con vista mare, bagno piccolino ma ben organizzato e pulito. Ero un po' "spaventata" perché in alcune recensioni parlavano del suono fastidioso delle campane a ogni ora, ma sinceramente con la finestra chiusa io non le ho mai sentite. La colazione salata direi buona, invece quella dolce un po' carente e per me è stato un po' un problema visto che non amo la colazione salata, ma capisco benissimo che la cultura del posto è differente. Il personale super disponibile. Ci ritornerei volentieri

A great hotel, i wish we were staying longer. A short walk to the water. I liked that had only 20 rooms, so it wasn't busy & chaotic. The next trip I'll stay here.

Loved everything about it, very charming and comfortable. Quiet little beach. Quick ride to split. One concern- we walked into the wrong room by accident, apparently all the keys are the same??? Safe was not available to use either. Great place to stay if you are not looking for any nightlife!

Clean room in a rustic hotel. A bit early in the season so breakfast buffet was not available but they cooked breakfast to order. Further from Split than expected but transport into Split was good. Very close to the waterside with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Loved the location of this hotel in Kaštela which is about 1/2hr from Split and a shorter uber ride in the opposite direction to Trogir which is also a must do. The included bfast was great and set us up for a full busy day in either Split or Trogir. The hot water pressure was low so for our 2 nights here I didn’t bother washing my hair. But both our room (sea facing) and bathroom were spacious which wasn’t the case in some of our other hotels during our Croatia trip. The soap in the shower was empty, I asked front desk n was told they’d fill it when they cleaned the room but it was still empty that evening. We just took the sink soap into the shower and made do. The church bells at the beautiful church right next door do ring very early specially on a Sunday. But we needed to wake up early anyway and the AC fan helped keep the volume lower. The location of the hotel was great. Beautiful walk along the water with a ton of restaurants to choose from. Our dinner at one of them was one of our best meals in Croatia. You’ll be busy exploring Split, Trogir, Fort Klis etc. so coming back to this quiet hotel on a beautiful waterfront, away from loud bars n restaurants in Split, was great!
