    The villa Brcic,(270m2) with a plot of 1300m2, located in Kastela, beautiful small town located between UNESCO protected cities Split and Trogir.
    The villa is located in the countryside,in a very quiet area and has beautiful panoramic sea views. This large house with a pool is in a prime location close to the beach and the yacht marina..
    Very peaceful. Ideally for family and friends.
    Large terrace..House is not near the main road,so here not passing to much cars,trucks,motors...
    The house consists of two dining rooms and two living rooms, 3 bathroom, gym, five bedrooms with double beds, beautiful garden decorated with flowers and olive trees, private pool 30m2, outdoor grill, and two terraces with beautiful views of Split, Kastela, Trogir and island.

The villa is absolute perfection! It’s spacious, incredibly clean, beautiful pool and outdoor seating and dining areas. Everything you could want or need for your ideal holiday. Markica is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough.

Brilliant week to explore split and surrounding area

Great villa with everything we needed for a week exploring the split area. Location although out of town gave easy access to drive all over the area. Great welcome from host, very clean with good facilities and spacious. Excellent garden, pool and bbq area.

Incredible villa

This property is incredible and as beautiful in real life as the pictures. It’s in a great location and only a short uber ride from Split. Me and 5 friends loved our time in this villa and would happily come back in the future. The owners of the villa were very welcoming and gave us a good tour of the place before leaving us to it.

fabulous family holiday

We had a fabulous family holiday in Villa Brcic. Our family ranged in age from 6 to 70. The villa and layout outside were absolutely what we wanted. We mostly lived outside so the pool, cool sitting and lounging areas were well used. The barbecue and dining area proved very useful too. Various members of the family enjoyed use of the gym and bicycles. The dishwasher and air conditioning were invaluable and the beds very comfortable. Markica and Ivan were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing we could think of that could be added would be two yoga mats! Thank you for a superb family holiday - a tremendous introduction to your beautiful country.

Familievennlig og fint hus med god beliggenhet

Fin bolig med god standard, 5 soverom (og et barnerom) og 3 bad gjorde at vi som var 3 familier fint kunne fordele oss utover huset. Passe stort basseng og fint utendørsareal, selv om huskestativet var kun for spedbarn. Nærhet til butikk, strender og 2 fine byer (Split og Trogir) gjorde oppholdet på 2 uker variert og hyggelig. Huseier var veldig lett å kommunisere med og tilgjengelig, og handlet til og med for oss før ankomst når vi kom sent på kvelden. Utskifting av sengetøy og håndkler etter 1 uke var et pluss.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Villa war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Markica und ihr Mann waren sehr nett, wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und Schnaps beschenkt. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wenige Fahrminuten entfernt erreichte man alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Trotz Corona fühlten wir uns in der Villa gut aufgehoben und geschützt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Amazing pool area and super clean accommodations!

Our group of five had a fabulous time at Villa Brcic! We had a rental car so we loved staying in the Kastel area as opposed to being in the middle of Split. We could explore the city and come back to pure bliss at the villa. Also the Kastel area along the sea was charming and a great place to take a stroll and enjoy meals among the locals. The swimming pool was so enjoyable including the covered area for time out of the sun. Thank you Brcic family for coming to clean the pool often and doing some grocery shopping for us to kick off our trip! You all are gems!

Wonderful 2 weeks

This is a five star villa with everything you could need. Set between the mountains and the sea, it has a wonderful feel to it. The location is fab, we managed to do all the GoT tours, both Plitvice and Krka - we also visited all the islands and the Blue Caves. The hosts were fantastic and answered any questions quickly. I would highly recommend a stay in this stunning part of the world.

Super Ferienhaus für Großfamilie oder Freunde

wir hatten mit drei Familen mit insgesamt 10 Personen (3 Kinder) einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Brcic. Zwei Küchen mit allen Utensilien und Geräten - ohne dass wir etwas vermisst haben - geben reichlich Platz. Die ausblicke vom Garten oder den Balkonen direkt aufs Meer sind wunderschön. Trogir und Split mit herrlichen Altstädten und Restaurants sind nur je 20min entfernt. Das Objekt ist groß mit viel Platz für Alle, einem Pool zur Erfrischung, Garten und gemütlicher Grillecke. Sportangebote (Fitnessraum, Tischtennis, Fahrräder) gibt es reichlich). WLAN funktioniert auch mit vielen Nutzern stabil und reicht zum Streamen. Einkäufe beim Lidl oder Konsum in nur 5 min Fahrzeit. Private Bootsausflüge haben wir uns direkt zur Marina nur 2km von der Villa bestellt. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich mit herzlicher Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Unsere Wünsche wurden promt und schnell erfüllt. Wir können Villa Brcic sehr weiterempfehlen.

Great family holiday!

We have had an amazing holiday. Villa was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. It was very well equipped. The owner was very helpful. Great location near Split, Trogir and a beautiful area of Kastella’s. Full of little beaches and paths to walk along sea front. Would recommend. Car needed though ideally.

Lovely Place for Family

We've spent 2 weeks in October 2018 at Villa Brcic and it was wonderful. We also were very lucky with the weather as it was sunny and warm all the time, which apparently is not usual for this time of the year. Our daughter appreciated the heated pool very much. The place was very clean and quite. The cities Split and Trogir could be reached within 15-20min by car. The location is a bit remote up the hill but nevertheless still ideal to reach everything, provided that you've rented a car. The main road can be accessed very easily. Our hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful when we had questions or special requests (Baby-Bed, Taxi to and from Airport, etc.). Thanks again for this wonderful first experience of Croatia.Hope to visit your country again in the future. Warm regards, Bruno

Great hospitality in a great location!

This was the second time we stayed in this house. This house serves as a perfect base for excursions to Hvar, Krka and other tourist attractions. The hosts helped us with many things including setting us up with cheaper and more convenient alternatives to taking the usual tourist attractions which where very good. The house is close to the beach in the nearby village which is very private away from all tourists with only us and the villagers. Would highly recommend staying here with lovely hosts a fantastic house with a fantastic view.
