so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.

I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by Expedia. Yes somewhat clean. Staff? What staff? Family friendly? Absolutely nothing connected to such friendliness. Pools, Yes 2 perhaps 3. Nice pools.without question.
