“Great location, quiet setting, comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated space, with a good spot to sit outdoors and grill up some dinner, It all looks very new. The few logistical questions we had were quickly answered. Charming spot for two--we hope to go back.”

“This property was perfect for our family of 4 - walking distance from VH ferry (if needed) and includes a parking spot if you brought your car. Mike, the owner, was super helpful and accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to make sure our trip was a great one. The home was outfitted with all the amenities we could need. Linens, beach supplies, a nice keurig machine (and pods), smart TVs, laundry and AC. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back again!”

“This room is misleading and the upkeep was shaby. There is not room for 4 people and 2 dogs in this room, it is two full sized beds and small. The screen door was busted out and never repaired and there were electrical issues. Vacasa nor VRBO nor Expedia were of any help. i would not recommend this to anyone, even if desperate.”

“Great location on water by ferry and bus. Useful small kitchens. Shared deck. Walls thin. Could use blackout curtains. Helpful staff. Rocco’s pizza and Black Dog Tavern close and good! Be aware VH does not sell booze in town except in bars and restaurant. Must go to other towns to purchase. Great trip!”

“Designed and constructed extravagantly, this guest house with its bright surround glass walls, airy, with its 20 foot or so ceiling peak, abundant space and total privacy from the main house gave us several days of blissful relaxation. Its close proximity to Long Point Reservation, one of the top island gems is a bonus. The house has a wrap around porch with roof overhang sections both covered and open so one can sit outside in warmer weather in rain or sun. The floor radiant heat is……
