「Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. 「The room is quite spacious and nice, and the staff is friendly. But this is not a hotel. It's a resdence, as the name suggests. There is no restaurant, no one to come and clean the room, and is very remote. You need to walk (with no street light# for about 20 minutes before you reach the main road. SO every time you go out #for dinner, for example), you need to call a taxi, and taxi is very expensive.」
