“The apartment was very well located close to NRG stadium. There are several steps to getting in and out of the property but free parking is great. We had a problem with the key fob battery dying and we almost didn’t get back in the night before we checked out. The shower in the master bathroom wasn’t very clean. Communication was good before the rental but we texted through the app to ask about the battery for the key fob and tell to communicate that we were checking out and never heard anything……

“I had 2 appointments at MD Anderson on a Tuesday and Thursday at the main building and Mays Clinic. 5 Minute drive. Great location for the ease of getting to the Medical Center. The apartment was perfect. We would book this location again.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The manager/owner was waiting for us, and showed us around. Ubers were easy from this location. No cable tv - just Roku, which was new to us and fun to play with. The bed was amazingly comfy, and we were thrilled to have access to a Keurig coffee maker WITH coffee already there. It was humid while there, and the AC was awesome. Lots of blankets for your use. “For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap……

“Two days before check-in date I had not received check-in instructions. I called the host directly and he said he had told VRBO not to book stays that month. (This is despite the fact my reservation had been confirmed I contacted VRBO and eventually received an email from VRBO saying they could not rebook me on short notice and I was on my own to arrange for accomodations. I was left high and dry.”

“I was really disappointed. The barstools looked old and dirty and 1 was broken, sofa looked dirty and had old trow pillows. There was no complimentary coffee. The place it self could use decorating it’s too plain. Not welcoming. And there is nothing on balcony could use seating. And the living room could use 2 sofas the sofa there does not accommodate 4 people to sit. And laundry room was messy and had dirty covers.”
