“I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked.”

“We had a lovely deluxe ocean view room. Spacious, bright. Bed was comfy. We didn’t use the pool area bit it looked nice and had great seating areas with elevations for views. The rooftop bar was amazing for a sunset cocktail and the same place was where a delicious breakfast was served. Continental breakfast buffet and hot options could be ordered off a menu. Hotel was ideally situated close to the beach, restaurants.”

“An unpleasant smell. Very dirty The room is very shabby feel very old. A very bad experience The smell of the room is disgusting. Of you want to find a clean and comfortable room. Please consider carefully Because this is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way The swimming pool is like a decoration My window was in the hallway and it was clear glass and anyone passing through it could see inside the room The door is very old and thin I guess you can kick the door open……

“The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain.”

“It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……

“Excellent location! The staff couldn’t do enough and Dimitris in the restaurant was amazing! Even going into Athens and surrounding areas was easy especially with the tram just outside the hotel! Good restaurants and fab shops!”

“Staff were excellent from the recepyteam to the pool bar team and the fabulous breakfast crew. We had 3 nights at Ace Glyfada, and started in Room 303 ( King Seaview) which is simply too small for 2 guests with luggage. We requested to move and thankfully we were moved to Room 419 ( king seaview) which was a huge improvement in size, bathroom and view. Overall we loved our stay. The staff are great, bfast is very good,and the pool is superb.”
