“At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then……

“Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH……

“The pool isn’t a real thing… like it’s there but who knows the last it worked… the first room we were put in had bed bugs which I didn’t find until 2am getting eaten alive. Went to tell the guy and got switched rooms. That room also had bed bugs so I finally gave up and drove back out of town to at-least get a couple hours of sleep before being a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding.
