Adequate for a quick night stay near airport, but internet is painfully slow which made it hard to give a full mark

IbIS is my fallback for short stays in the EU and UK. They are convenient to access, provide nice breakfasts and are good for the budget when you book well in advance. This location met my expectations and was consistent with other locations used. Very very good breakfast!

Baska yer bulun.

Hayatimda kaldigim en kötü otellerden birisi. Üstelik aileme de yer ayirttim ve simdi üzülüyorum burda kalmak zorunda olduğumuza. Bir daha asla Ibis i dusunmem bile. Oda minicik ve heryer idrar ve sigara kokuyor. Klimanin calisip calismadigi belli degil. Neyse ki yalnizca bir gece kalıyoruz.

Karşılama gayet iyi. Odalarda kullanılan mobilya ve malzemeler eski olmasına rağmen gayet iyi korunmuş ve bakımlı. Temizlik iyi. Havalandırma, 20 dereceye ve fan hızı maksimuma ayarlamış olmama rağmen bana yetersiz geldi. Alafranga tuvalet konumu çok yüksek. Bacak boyum ortalamanın üzerinde olmasına rağmen tuvalet eğitimi verilen çocuklar gibi sallayabiliyordum bacaklarımı :) Mini buzdolabı ise sadece çalışıyordu, soğutma yapmıyordu. Genel olarak fiyat/performans açısından ortalamanın üstünde iyi deneyim sunuyor.

Otel merkezi konumdaydı. Genel anlamda büyük ve konforluydu. Fiyat ferformans diyebiliriz. Ancak şampuan kutusu boştu. Tuvalet kağıtları sıfır kullanılmamış değildi. Tuvalette de temizlenmiştir yazısı yoktu. Durumla alakalı resepsiyona ve oda servisine telefondan ulaşamadım. Telefona geri dönüş de yapmadılar. Bunlara dikkat edilmiş olsaydı kesinlikle 5 yıldızdı. Fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz. Karşılamada oldukça güleryüzlülerdi. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim.

Vi blev ombokade till det här hotellet pga nån vattenskada på det andra. Vi stannade bara för att det låt nära flygplatsen. Restaurangen var stängd vid 22 tiden och ingen butik nära. Ganska smutsigt rum med stenhård säng. Dög för en. Att men inte mer.

Hizmet kalitesi

Gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde otele giriş yaptım ve o saatte etrafta yemek yiyebileceğim bir yer olmadığı için oda servisi ile Kayseri pizzası siparişi verdim. Pizza öyle lezzetliydi ki çok pahalı butik pizza restaurantlarında yediğim pizzalardan bile çok daha iyiydi. Sabah da açık büfe kahvaltıdaki yiyeceklerin taze olması beni bu açıdan çok mutlu etti. Odalanın temizliği çok iyiydi, çarşaflar tertemiz kokuyordu. Ben genel itibariyle İbis Kayseri'den çok memnun kaldım. Benca tam bir fiyat performans deneyimiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim herkese.

Tavsiye uzerine gittim. Odalar küçük ama tertemiz, odaya girince temizlik kokuyor resmen. Odaya yemek istedim, saat 111i geçiyordu gece, inanilmaz özenli, inanilmaz lezzetli buldum. O saatte bile nasıl ozenmisler. Kahvaltisi da cok iyiydi. Biz kahvaltiyi bahçede yaptik sanirim son zamanlarda hicbir cay o kadar lezzetli gelmedi. :) bilmem anlatabildim mi. Teşekkür ederim.
