Suggestion for owner as people walk/drive past and look in the windows out the front all day is maybe dual blinds so people who stay can see out but the outside cant see in or sheers as well as blockouts currently at the house. 10 out of 10 for this property. Looking forward to next year😀”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient to the supermarkets and cafes and it was a short walk to the beach. The house was well set up and the hosts were thoughtful in their inclusions of things like games and beach equipment. The yard is fully fenced which gave us peace of mind for our kids and worked well for backyard cricket! Lots of light, comfortable furniture, a great place to relax and spend time as a family.”

“Enjoyed the peace and quiet of Kingston SE. The house we stayed in was well appointed and furnished. We had 4 comfortable bedrooms and it was only a short drive to the jetty for fishing. The house is in a convenient location in regard to shopping.”

“Nice little property, no indoor dining was all outside so it was a little challenging in bad weather even with the outdoor heating and blinds. But overall not too bad, we made do and had as good weekend.”

“Well located, clean property with great potential. Nice fire with wood provided and renovated bathroom. But unfortunately it was not good value for money compared to other properties in Kingston that we have stayed in. It was not set up as described. The king bed was two singles with single bedding, the only dining table was on the front veranda which was exposed (and the weather was cold), the outdoor setting in the back garden was not available and the lovely bath not to be used. No power to……
