We borrowed a hair dryer from the hotel. The staff did not tell us to return immdtly when we borrowed it. But, the next day morning,
hotel staff called us at 7:00 a.m. to get back the hair dryer.
His call waked me up. It made us not happy.
Towels and bedsheets have dirty mark.
When we are having a shower, water comes out of the shower tub.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!
