We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat.

Awesome clean place… friendly people nice rooms…. The breakfast is the only reason it is not 5 star… the breakfast was very sparse no biscuits and gravy… no fruit ..the sausage patties not good…we went out to breakfast… wasn’t expecting gourmet but that was low quality

Almost the whole red line is under renovation. It looks like it's been that way for a long time. There was very few people staying there in the far wing away from the main area. We were scared to eat the continental breakfast in the morning. First room they tried to put us in I'm pretty sure there was squatters in there because it was locked from the inside with the little lever that goes against the door so nobody can get in. The next room they put us in the heater was not on so it was cold we had to wait for it to heat up. Toilet wouldn't quit running all night. Finally hot it to quit running but the toilet wouldn't flush even opening the back up and trying by hand. Had to use the garbage can in the bathroom and fill it up with the showerhead because the Spicket in the shower wouldn't work either. Use the bucket to flush the toilet. After turning on the shower to flush the toilet. The whole bathroom filled with an inch of water on the floor. We decided we were not eating there because we were scared we were going to get food poisoning and we were not showering and we left. If we would've known it was like that we would've never stayed there. After a tournament we went and checked in and we're meeting people for dinner and so had no other options but to just go with it. Probably should've just drove home. I definitely do not recommend this place to anybody. It was so ran down. Pretty ghetto. And I'm not a really picky person

You can’t slap lipstick on a pig and make it look pretty. As soon as you walk in the hotel the Lobby smells old and musty and looks run down. Don’t fall for the photos of the few renovated rooms they do have. They are doing a renovation and we were put in one of the renovated rooms and you could see a brown seem at the top of the wallpaper were it meets the ceiling from them just slapping up some wallpaper on the walls to try and make it look nice. You could tell it was just done Beacuse they had a horrible glue smell in the room. It looks like a landlord special house flip. We checked in then immediately checked out due to the smell and seeing spiders all over the room realizing this hotel was not a nice clean place you would not want to sleep. And they would not issue a refund.

Not maintained, rooms very far from the lobby, no amenities in the room, no phone in the room, very noise from all the slamming doors and construction. Otherwise it was ok.

This hotel was a joke........it was under construction and had not indication of that on the internet. The hotel in the common/public areas was cold and dimly lit. Our room was a disaster.......blood stains on the mattress and what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet as well, one of the drawers were missing from our hutch and the other side of the hutch, the finish was worn off. There was writing on the bathroom door where the lock mechanism is, the bathroom door was tattered on the bottom very badly. I would NOT stay here again, unless major changes are made to the property.

I was double charged for my room and have still not seen a refund. The whole property is under construction and was filthy!! Our towels in our room were not clean (like there was a poop stain on a towel), bedding had stains, the room smelled like cat pee, wallpaper falling off walls. A needle fell out of the tissue box when I was getting a tissue. It was when we were packing up to leave or I would have left right then and there. I use Hotels.com frequently when traveling and I was beyond disappointed and felt very mislead on this property! This place is a compete dump and should not be operating until they are competly remodeled and get their crap together.

Nice room. Excellent bed. Room temperature was in mid 50s when I arrived. I turned on the heat and it finally got up to 70° about the time I got up. This was a beautiful hotel back in the day. It's quite dated and needs some upkeep.... but, I will come back (wilh a heavy blanket). Hottub was clean and comfortable!

My fiance had to leave in the middle of the night because he had bed bugs on his neck while he was sleeping.. they started finding them everywhere and squished in between the mattress and the wall.. gross
