• Kora Kora Beach • This white sand beach is a hidden paradise is North Sulawesi. Long beautiful white sand coastline, it's a very quiet beach and you can hear the calming waving sounds along with the insects singing! There are some local cottages around here. Not so many things that you can do here except relaxing and enjoying the beach. You might surf but it's not popular yet here, because the sea wave isn't that big. It's far from everywhere but during the road trip to this place you'd see beautiful sceneries! I suggest you to ask locals the hot spot on the one of the hills, so you can see the breathtaking view of this unending white beach.
• Waleo Village �• Located on a hill next to the coastline, this village has impressive view of Mt. Klabat (the highest mountain in North Sulawesi) As North Sulawesi is predominantly Christian, you could find so many churches in everywhere you go. Catholicism entered North Sulawesi five centuries ago brought by the Spaniards. The areas near this village was the first place to encounter catholicism. Along with the strong influence of the Dutch through VOC, Catholicism then replaced by Protestantism until today.
